We are a group formed from a diverse range of industries, finance, advertising, web development and security who share a common goal: to enable entrepreneurs and those in the creative industries to protect their intellectual property. In short, we are here to help to keep your work yours.
Protected.CC was formed during the Launch48.com development conference, with the support of eBay and Paypal. We are located in London, England and all electronic postmarks we issue would be recognised under the UK copyright laws. This will also cover you internationally as per The Berne Convention 1886 administered by WIPO, TRIPS Agreement administered by WTO and Universal Copyright Convention administered by UNESCO.
What is protected.cc?
protected.cc is an independent verification tool that electronically provides an electronic receipt of the work you send to clients. Our service can help resolve disputes or the burden of proving ownership of your creative ideas at a particular point in time. protected.cc helps you create a chain of evidence of your email-based communications with your clients and all connected parties.
